Expert Marchenkov: the prestige of the scientific profession is increasing in Russia

According to surveys, more than half of parents will support the desire of children to do science. More and more people today want to become scientists. According to sociological surveys, today more than 60% of adults will support the desire of their children to connect their lives with science, this is a very good result. Earlier, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor and head of the materials design laboratory of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology Artem Oganov said on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel that strong schools related to theoretical materials science were formed in Russia.
