To do this, researchers and engineers must have the necessary amount of data on existing materials and their components, Putin said. The head of state also proposed to build mechanisms for regulatory and legal regulation of data. On February 20-21, the Future Technologies Forum will be held in Moscow. This year it is dedicated to new materials and chemistry. Within the framework of meetings and flash sessions, scientists discuss advanced technologies and innovative scientific developments.
