The parliamentarian said that not only shops, but also sellers will be punished for such a violation. “For the sale will be administrative responsibility: up to 50 thousand rubles for sellers and up to 200 thousand rubles for stores,” said Metelev. Vladimir Putin signed a law banning the sale of energy drinks to minors on August 8, 2024. The document will come into force from March 1, 2025. Then the sellers will have the right to require the buyer to present documents certifying the age. Earlier it was reported that such a law has already been adopted in 65 regions of Russia.
