It was established that Serov provided land for the placement of trading facilities without charging a fee. As a result, the treasury of the city did not count more than 16 million rubles. As a result, Serov was sentenced to 3 years 7 months in prison, but the court read him the time of detention and house arrest. Therefore, the punishment is considered served. The court said that the case lasted more than 15 months. During the hearings, 256 witnesses were questioned and 135 volumes of the criminal case were examined. The sentence has not entered into force.
