Hamas-liberated Trufanov received Russian passport
The Kremlin welcomes the release of Alexander Trufanov and expresses gratitude to the leadership of Hamas. The Palestinian side released the Russian as part of the first stage of the truce with Israel. The Russian ambassador has already met with Trufanov and handed him a passport. The Russian, being in captivity, for obvious reasons could not update the document in time. The ambassador stressed that Russian diplomats do not give up efforts to rescue the prisoners, purposeful work is carried out on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
