Hamas handed over three Israeli hostages to the Red Cross in the Nusayrat camp. Among them were Omer Shem Tov, Elia Cohen and Omer Venkert. Hours earlier, Tal Shoham and Avera Mengistu, who had been in Gaza since 2014, were released.
