A call from Turkey with a number using the corresponding Russian numbering system was missed by the mobile operator. “As a result of fraudulent actions, about 500 thousand rubles were stolen from a local resident,” the assistant prosecutor said. The case was initiated under the article on fraud. At the same time, the mobile operator had the technical ability to terminate the telephone connection, which could have prevented the commission of a crime. “An administrative offence has been ordered. It will be considered by the magistrate of the Moscow District No. 459, Bulikhova said. The mobile operator faces a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
