A resident of Rostov-on-Don, who became a victim of telephone fraudsters, was detained by police and FSB officers on suspicion of robbery and committing two terrorist acts.
According to the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk in his Telegram channel, the attacker acted on the instructions of an unknown person who introduced himself as an employee of the FSB, who convinced him of the need to commit crimes to expose other criminals who allegedly stole the personal data of the man. At the direction of the curator, he committed a robbery attack on a microfinance organization, as well as set fire to a gas station and the gates of the administrative buildings complex. Criminal proceedings have been initiated for robbery and terrorist act. The defendant is in custody.
