On February 23, Russia and Myanmar signed a memorandum on investment cooperation between the two countries in the Dawei Special Economic Zone. Earlier, Russian Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said that Russia intends to sign an agreement with Myanmar in March on establishing a visa-free regime.
