Russia and Myanmar may sign visa-free agreement in March

Reshetnikov said that the Russian Foreign Ministry had made "the latest technical changes", the agreement was sent to Myanmar's colleagues for consideration, and now a response is expected. The head of the Ministry of Economic Development added that now for Russians entry into Myanmar is unilaterally visa-free. But residents of Myanmar can get to Russia with an electronic visa. “This agreement provides for the complete abolition of visas from both parties up to 30 days. It's indefinite. It can be reviewed at the request of the parties, Reshetnikov said.
