It is specified that the commander was found guilty under Articles 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two persons committed in a generally dangerous way, by an organized group), as well as 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional damage to someone else's property, which entailed causing significant damage).
