An electronic map of shelters and protective structures will appear in the Leningrad region, which will be available to local residents, the press service of the regional government reported.
Earlier, an audit of civil defense facilities was conducted in the region. According to the Cabinet, municipalities took on the balance 404 protective structures of the Federal Property Management Agency. Owners were granted permission to include 631 submerged apartment buildings in the register. A map of protective structures is also being created, which will be available electronically to residents of the region. In addition, the regional authorities propose to make the Leningrad region a pilot project for the arrangement of shelters. βWe propose to develop standard requirements for equipment and a single algorithm of actions for the near future for all constituent entities of the Russian Federation,β Governor Alexander Drozdenko said during a government meeting. He added that the region is ready to demonstrate its example and achievements.
