At 10:20 a.m., there will be a "Attention All" signal with sirens and acoustic systems on. From 10:43 to 10:44 on TV and radio channels of the first multiplex (including Channel One, Russia 1, Match TV, NTV, Channel Five, Culture, Russia 24, Carousel, OTR, TVC, Lighthouse, Radio Russia, Vesti FM) the message "Technical verification" will appear. The Department of Protection of Population and Territory of the Tomsk Region asks residents to remain calm during the inspection.
