The assistant to the head of the Sverdlovsk GUFSIN for the observance of the rights of prisoners Marat Kabirov is suspected of receiving a bribe.
According to the investigation, for 50 thousand rubles, Kabirov had to help with the conditional release of one of the prisoners. This is reported by the publication URA.ru. The colonel is currently under house arrest. The mediator in the transfer of funds was the head of the regional PNC Kirill Vasilchenko. He is on the case as a suspect and is actively working with the investigation. His status may change to a witness, since the role of the public person in the transfer of the bribe was minimal.
