In relation to the military commissar of the city of Taishet, Taishet and Chun districts of the Irkutsk region, a criminal case was initiated on suspicion of receiving bribes on a large scale. This was reported by the regional Investigative Committee (SK).
The man is charged with two episodes of the crime. According to the investigation, in 2024, the suspect illegally issued a military card containing restrictions that do not allow him to be called up for military service for a bribe in the amount of 250 thousand rubles. Among other things, for a bribe of 600 thousand rubles, the man instructed to prepare a fictitious medical report for entering into a military card information about the unfitness for military service. The necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out. At the place of service and the resident of the military commissar, searches were carried out, cars, telephone, laptop and documents relevant to the criminal case were seized. The suspect was questioned and charged. He fully admitted his guilt. "At the request of the investigation, the court elected a preventive measure in the form of house arrest," the IC added.
