According to the Telegram channel “Caution, Moscow”, the incident occurred on March 8. The child was walking with his father in the park, when the unknown ran up to the baby and began to put out a cigarette on her face. The girl's father grabbed the attacker, knocked her to the ground and called the police. The man said she had a knife with her. The child was diagnosed with a second-degree burn. Ombudsman for children’s rights in Moscow Olga Yaroslavskaya told TASS that the attacker is registered in a psycho-neurological clinic. SK opened a criminal case on hooliganism. The suspect will soon be taken for questioning to the investigator.
