The Tverskoy Court of Moscow has ruled to detain the former general director of the capital's prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise, Bidzina Khubutiya, a representative of a Hungarian company, and an intermediary between foreign firms on charges of large-scale fraud in the execution of a contract for the supply of specialized robotic systems.

The Tverskoy Court of Moscow has decided to detain the former general director of the capital's prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise, Bidzina Khubutiya, a representative of a Hungarian company, and an intermediary between foreign firms on charges of large-scale fraud in the execution of a contract for the supply of specialized robotic systems.
Thus the court granted the motion of the investigation, reports TASS with reference to the court decision. "The court ruled: to satisfy the motion of the preliminary investigation authorities regarding the imposition of a measure of restraint in the form of detention for B.N. Khubutiya," the document says. The second defendant in the case has also been arrested. The third accomplice has been placed under house arrest.
