From court documents it follows that between the named company and the construction company "Yenigun Construction" was a contract for the supply of food for employees. “147 cases of acute intestinal infection of employees of Yenigyun Construction were recorded in connection with violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization of nutrition,” RIA Novosti quoted an excerpt from the documents. The materials also indicate that all cases registered as of February 18 are related to products supplied by Yenidem. The Savelovsky court of Moscow on February 25 sanctioned the arrest of the deputy general director of Yenigyun Construction Gekhan Ozturk. He is accused of providing services that do not meet security requirements (paragraph "a", Part 2, Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
