Izvestia: Rosgvardia will be engaged in the training of employees of CPF

According to the publication, the deputies of “United Russia” will submit such a bill to the state Duma on March 10. “The new law will improve the quality of professional training of private security guards, who will begin to be trained according to uniform standards,” said the author of the bill, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security Anatoly Elected. According to the deputy, experienced practitioners will be engaged in the preparation and development of training programs, and Regardie will approve them. Separate training programs for bodyguards will also be developed, which are classified as a separate category of guards under the new basic law on private security. Due to this bill, it is planned to introduce a single standard vocational training program for security guards and heads of the private sector, the Electoral added. The authors of the bill believe that this measure will strengthen the security of protected people and facilities, as well as increase the level of competence of PSC employees, and, consequently, their reliability and professionalism. The training of private security guards in Russia does not currently have a single standard. According to the authors of the initiative, in different regions and private organizations, employees receive different quality of training, which affects their effectiveness. This measure, according to the deputies, will allow to revise the educational and material base of educational organizations and bring them into strict compliance with the established requirements. Currently, the initiative has already been approved by Regardie, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education, Izvestia noted. According to experts, this bill will help to tighten the requirements for the quality of training and competencies of private security guards, strengthen the safety of people, social and critical facilities, and more effectively ensure public order and anti-terrorist security.
