“Recorded frequent cases of spot emissions of fuel oil along the coastline from Cape Panagia, Temryuk district to the central beach of Anapa,” the rescue department said. Now experts are surveying 265 kilometers of the coast for new emissions, almost 150 thousand tons of contaminated sand and soil have already been collected. Mazut hit the Black Sea after the crash of two tankers in the Kerch Strait. The incident occurred on December 15. The emergency regime was introduced in the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and Sevastopol.
