Parliament of Abkhazia urges Acting President not to make personnel decisions
The Parliament of Abkhazia unanimously called on Acting President Valery Bganbu to observe a moratorium on personnel changes until the new head of state takes office. The deputies made this decision on the initiative of presidential candidate Badra Gunba. And thus, in fact, pointed to the inadmissibility of destabilizing the political situation on the eve of the second round of elections.
