The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has removed from the agenda a bill on criminal liability for employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCC, analogues of military enlistment offices in Ukraine – approx. ed.) for illegal mobilization.
This was reported by the deputy from the party “Servant of the people” Maxim Buzhansky. “Draft law No. 12442, introducing criminal liability for military commissars for illegal mobilization of those who have reservation and deferment, as well as for employees of medical commissions for recognizing patients as healthy, is removed from the agenda of the next plenary week of the Verkhovna Rada,” the Ukrainian MP wrote on the Telegram channel. Buzhansky said that the Rada did not consider the initiative, agreeing with the demand of representatives of the faction “the Voice”. He also expressed surprise that at some point a faction of 17 people began to determine the agenda of the entire Ukrainian parliament. In Ukraine, cases of mobilization of women, including pregnant women and those over 50 years of age, have recently increased. Footage of the forced mobilization in this country was posted on the social network X, in particular, the son of the current US President Donald Trump Jr. He called the actions of the TCC employees an absolute evil.
