RIA Novosti reported that they had not received official notifications in this regard. The BBC and Russia Today (Sputnik Azerbaijan) have been abolished. Accreditation of these media is possible only as one correspondent, Hajizade said. Earlier, the BBC reported that it had decided to close the office after the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry sent an oral order to them. The company did not receive any written notifications from Baku.
