Russians called ice cream the main gastronomic pleasure

According to the results of the study, which leads RIA Novosti, periodically Russians indulge in expensive and not always healthy products. Thus, 72% of respondents admitted that they periodically allow themselves a small luxury in food solely for the sake of pleasure. At the same time, 65% without a shadow of a doubt choose tasty, but not healthy products. In the first place among such products ice cream admitted 61% of Russians. 57% give in this matter the choice of confectionery, and 40% – caviar and other fish delicacies, – stated in the study. In addition, 30% of Russians do not deny themselves alcoholic beverages. At the same time, some citizens choose a conscious healthy lifestyle and prefer berries and fruits. Thus, more than half of the respondents indulge themselves.
