In an interview with RIA Novosti, Shaykin noted that the main violations in this area are allowed by the so-called “drinking”, working under the guise of catering establishments. Currently, fines for violations for officials range from 20 to 40 thousand rubles with confiscation of products, for legal ones – from 100 to 300 thousand rubles with confiscation.
