Deputies and the Public Youth Chamber at the Tyumen City Duma invited students from Tyumen universities and schoolchildren to the "Conversation with a Hero" event. The project was launched to mark the third anniversary of the start of the special military operation. Among the invitees were Hero of Russia Rustam Sayfullin and finalist of the "Time of Heroes" program Viktor Kvasov. In addition, deputies and youth were shown how to weave camouflage nets for the needs of the Special Forces. Tyumen students, schoolchildren, educators, and deputies of the Tyumen City Duma became participants in an important and much-needed "Conversation with a Hero." The project was launched on a memorable day for the country - February 24, 2022, when the Supreme Commander-in-Chief made the decision to start a special military operation. Rustam Sayfullin carried out tasks for the Special Forces from the very beginning. The Hero of Russia posed simple but important questions to the audience: what do the residents of Tyumen know about their grandfathers and great-grandfathers in the 80th anniversary of Victory? Other participants of the Special Forces were also invited to the first "Conversation with a Hero": three-time Order of Courage recipient Evgeny Kochergin, Chairman of the Public Youth Chamber at the Tyumen City Duma Semen Kazantsev, and the commander of the assault aviation unit on SU-25 aircraft, finalist of the "Time of Heroes" program Viktor Kvasov. Furthermore, a platform for weaving camouflage nets was set up in the Tyumen City Duma from that day on. Tyumen volunteers conducted a master class for deputies and guests of the "Conversation with a Hero" project. They weave nets for specific purposes and tasks, taking into account the wishes of our soldiers. The camouflage nets were woven with ribbons containing the most sincere wishes.
