Deputy Chairman of the state Duma of the Russian Federation Irina Yarovaya in the program “Made in Russia” stated the need to ensure the availability of medical care in all regions of the country.
Currently, in Russia there is a law on the target set, the author of which is Spring. It guarantees employment for graduates, as well as training the necessary specialists for companies. “Today, a lot of work is being done to ensure that young specialists work in medical institutions for the first three years, so that the practice of working as a doctor appears, so that the diploma becomes a real profession, but most importantly, so that the availability of assistance is ensured in our large country, in all regions,” Yarovaya said. She also added that today the state Duma after the target set puts this problem on a higher level. Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Health of Russia has developed criteria for assessing the quality of medical care within the framework of compulsory medical insurance (MHI). A number of experts believed that the project makes the patient less protected, and asked the Agency to refine the parameters.
