The Investigative Committee completed the investigation of the high-profile case – the murder of a 17-year-old girl, whose bitten body was found in a pigsty in the Uzhursky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in November last year.
A 41-year-old resident of the village of Ushanka, Uzhursky district, is accused of murder with special cruelty in order to conceal another crime, as well as committing other sexual acts against a minor using her helpless condition and stealing with significant damage. "The death of the girl came as a result of acute blood loss," the regional IC said. The defendant admitted his guilt in part. The criminal case is sent to confirm the indictment. In April 2003, the defendant in this case was sentenced to 5 years in prison for intentional infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in negligence death, but in 2007 he left on parole. In addition, he had two convictions under the article “Theft”, reports RIA Novosti.
