📝 Summary
The court arrested the property of the former deputy head of Rosprirodnadzor Oleg Dolmatov and the former head of the Federal Center for Analysis and Assessment of Technogenic Impact (FCAO) Vladislav Novikov, who are involved in the fraud case for 370 million rubles.
According to RIA Novosti, among the property, which was seized, several cars, land and apartments in Moscow, Sochi, Yaroslavl region. Dolmatov and Novikov are accused of fraud committed as part of an organized criminal group. They're under arrest. According to the investigation, the former deputy head of Rosprirodnadzor, wanting to steal budget funds allocated for the creation of software and hardware for accounting for objects of negative impact on the environment, entered into a conspiracy with previously familiar persons. It is assumed that Dolmatov organized the preparation of all the necessary documents justifying the inflated costs of creating software. He also won the competition of his affiliated organization. Also earlier it was reported that Rosprirodnadzor through the court demanded to recover from two defendants 370 million rubles.
