That is, people often enter into relationships, but, unfortunately, they are worse able to support them, Fedorov said on radio. He added that people in relationships often spoil everything for themselves and “shatter their dreams to pieces.” According to Fedorov, now we need to learn to build and preserve a family. However, the issue of such training was forwarded to specialists in the system of mass communications, education and psychology. Earlier, deputies from the LDPR faction proposed to introduce payments for married couples who have lived in marriage for many years: 30 thousand rubles for 30 years of marriage, 40 thousand rubles for 40 years and so on up to 70 thousand rubles.
