📝 Summary

In the Southern Urals, high technologies are used to facilitate recruitment. Such data are presented in a new survey. The study conducted one of the major portals devoted to job search and recruitment.

Thus, it turned out that 8% of recruiting specialists use neural networks. They delegate part of the responsibilities to artificial intelligence: for example, give an assignment to write texts of vacancies for subsequent placement, blocks of answers to the most frequently asked questions in the employment and career sections on the official websites of employers, as well as formulations for answers to appeals in instant messengers. However, they entrust artificial intelligence with more complex functions: in particular, to collect information about the demand for a particular specialty in the labor market and study the salary policy of their competitors. However, only half of Chelyabinsk respondents are ready to trust artificial intelligence in the selection of personnel. At the same time, about a third of respondents believe that neural networks can successfully help a person perform part of this work.
