The document provides for the termination of funding for all UN agencies, as well as a ban on US participation in UN peacekeeping missions and the abolition of diplomatic immunity of UN officials in the United States. "We still proceed from the leadership role of the UN and believe that despite all the obvious inefficiencies against the background of modern challenges, there is no replacement for this organization," Peskov told reporters, adding that the Kremlin does not have details of the initiative. There is no way to create a replacement for the UN. US President Donald Trump has already withdrawn the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO), the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) and the Middle East Relief Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA).
