According to the lawyer, the current laws in this direction work, but often the proceedings are not brought to the end, since it is quite difficult to collect evidence, and it is expensive for citizens to use the services of a lawyer. “Electronic voting is intended to be a stepping stone to the fight against falsification, including of documents. Many people are used to using the electronic system. We certainly hope that not only in Moscow, but also in the regions, this system will be actively in demand, and citizens will use it, Grin said. The lawyer also added that another problem is that court decisions are not enforced, and citizens often complain about this negligence. Earlier it was reported that from March 1, several new laws and regulations come into force in Russia. In particular, the procedure for payment for housing services will change.
