The expert commented on the bill on fines of up to 500 thousand rubles for the sale of soft energy drinks to children. The Russian state Duma adopted it in the first reading on March 4. “Control will be similar to alcohol and cigarettes. There will be test purchases, unscheduled inspections, which the Ministry of Internal Affairs often conducts, especially in small stores. The cashiers will also have a duty to check the passport. I note that even before the introduction of these amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, we have in any case for about three years cashiers received such job descriptions, Blinov said. At the same time, the lawyer noted that despite the fact that this practice exists, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will carry out unscheduled inspections in any case. If the fact of the sale of power engineers to children is confirmed, then violators will have to suffer administrative punishment. Earlier it was reported that the ban on the work of migrants at the construction sites of Vologda lasted a week.
