"People willingly come because if they, for example, didn't get to Sergey Fedorovich, they would have to go to Yagodno for these certificates. People willingly seek help, parents for advice on relationships with children and to counsel their children, the school always welcomes us," said Alexander Tarasyuk, a medical psychologist at the dispensary department No. 1 of the regional dispensary of psychiatry and narcology.
