The Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Yevgeny Kuyvashev, and the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, Viktor Karankevich, opened an engineering center in Minsk, based on a subsidiary of the Ural plant. It will be engaged in the production of products made of composite materials for high-tech industries.
