The magistrate of the Mozhaisky district of Moscow fined Muscovite Sergey Tatarintsev 3 thousand rubles in the case of an administrative offense, and also confiscated his cougar. It was reported that the big cat more than once ran away from the owner and frightened local residents. Muscovites claimed that the owner of the animal is a candidate for municipal deputies of the Mozhaisky district from the Communist party Sergey Tatarintsev. On February 22, the court left the decision against Tatarintsev unchanged, the defense lawyer’s complaint without satisfaction, the agency explained.
