In addition, he publicly justified the terrorist attack at the "Crocus" near Moscow. "All the individuals mentioned have been put on an international wanted list and arrested at the request of the investigation," said Pastukhov at a meeting in the Federation Council. There is also mention of the foreign agent Rovshan Askerov, who has repeatedly called for terrorism. Included in the list of terrorists and extremists, the nationalist from Lithuania Bartkevichyus is also known for other activities for which criminal responsibility is warranted. He regularly desecrates monuments to liberating soldiers, organizes actions near Russian embassies in Europe, calls for the banning of the Russian language, and actively assists Ukrainian nationalists.
