The military investigation charged in the theft of 300 million rubles from the defense Ministry three businessmen from Kaliningrad. This was reported in the Main Military Investigation Department of the TFR.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Defense concluded state contracts totaling 900 million rubles for the construction of facilities in the Kaliningrad region. Subcontractors were the companies "Complitstroy Group" and "Atenon". In 2023-2024, the heads of firms Alexander Arkhipov, Artem Evdokimov and Mikhail Maslennikov spent 300 million rubles on goals not related to the execution of state contracts. As a result, damage was caused to the state on an especially large scale. All entrepreneurs were prosecuted for abuse of power by an organized group. The court chose Maslennikov a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest, Evdokimov – a ban on certain actions. Arkhipov took a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
