In European governments, such language about surrender and the deadline given by the American leader are officially rejected. Earlier, associate professor, deputy head of the HSE Department of International Relations Dmitry Novikov said that Trump wants to end the war in Ukraine primarily for the United States, because the United States has extracted everything it could from the Ukrainian conflict.
