Earlier, the press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov in an interview with Pavel Zarubin noted that in a telephone conversation on February 12, Putin and Trump noted the great harm that the previous American administration under the leadership of Joe Biden caused to relations between Russia and the United States. The Kremlin spokesman added that at the subsequent talks, Russia did not raise the issue of withdrawing NATO infrastructure from Eastern Europe.
