The Rosselkhoznadzor department revealed a non-compliance with the safety requirements of canned meat produced by Mitcom LLC (Tula region, Bogoroditsky district).
In the sample of canned beef stew of the highest variety, a discrepancy in the microbiological safety indicator was revealed - thermostat exposure. This indicates the possible presence of live microorganisms that can cause biological bombing and lead to severe poisoning when consumed. In March 2025, Mitcom LLC announced a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements, according to the website of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions.
