The Department of Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow withdrew from the turnover of more than 2 tons of food products from the darkxtors of the express delivery service "Samokat", according to the website of the department. This was done according to the results of the inspection of 131 objects, which was conducted from 13 to 29 January 2025.
It is specified that in accordance with the plan, the employees of the department conducted control and supervisory measures against Smart Retail LLC, the actions were coordinated with the Moscow Prosecutor's Office. 2 tons of 131 kilograms of products were withdrawn from circulation. Inspections revealed violations of sanitary legislation, including violation of the temperature regime of storage of products, storage of finished products without labeling, with expired shelf life and others. Specialists of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in Moscow examined 364 samples and found in 145 of them a discrepancy in microbiological safety indicators and in physical and chemical indicators. In this regard, the company issued a fine in the amount of 550 thousand rubles.
