The sample of "Homemade" dumplings was sent to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance as part of the state food monitoring. Pathogenic microorganisms, including salmonella, were found in the product as a result of microbiological studies. It is noted that the production of dumplings is carried out in one of the meat processing plants in the Upper Volga region. The inspection results were sent to the Regional Office of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for necessary response measures to be taken. Photo: Vesti Tver.
