Long-term storage, of course, creates its difficulties, but they are used to cope with. “Monitoring shall be carried out by sampling. It's two feet tall. You go through a pile, you take samples, you make a diagram of where the sample is, and you sift through the sample on the lab bars, you look at the presence of pests in this pile. If they are at least twice in one sample, then you need to etching the entire volume of grain, says chief technologist of the farm Vladislav Dumbrov. For farmers, winter is the time to slow down the running of life a little, admire the white veil, which will soon turn into green, and then into a golden carpet, bringing with it the haste and haste of harvesting.
