From October 2021 to July 2022, the teacher, using the trust of the children, invited them to live in her home and forced her to transfer money from their accounts. “For example, she assured a young man with a disability that she would buy an apartment, which she would transfer to him after a while, but she did not fulfill her promise. Another pupil gave her his savings, believing that they will be spent to pay for his rest, – stated in the message. Together with her daughter, they took money from another girl, promising to put it in the bank at interest, but they did not. “Stolen from orphans money defendants in the criminal case spent on the purchase of an apartment, payment of vacation, repayment of credit obligations and other personal needs,” – said the Prosecutor’s office. The total amount of damage was more than 5.7 million rubles. The court sentenced the woman to 7 years, and her daughter to 5 years in prison. The victims were also compensated. The convict was appointed 3 years in prison.
