📝 Summary

The authorities of the Tomsk region are considering increasing the costs of the Road Fund by 4 billion rubles in 2025. This was reported in the press service of the Zakduma.

According to Deputy Governor of the region for territorial development Anatoly Rozhkov, this year the expenses of the Road Fund will increase. This will be due to unused funds of the Fund for 2024 (3,561 million rubles) and additional tax and non-tax revenues (443 million rubles). Among the latter are the transport tax, excise taxes on gasoline, fines and others, Rozhkov said. About 873 million rubles will be allocated for the construction and reconstruction of roads, including 390 million rubles for the construction of the Small Transport Ring in Tomsk, 265.8 million rubles for the reconstruction of two sections of roads. About 92 million rubles will be spent on the construction and reconstruction of electric lighting lines on public roads in several districts of the region. Taking into account additional funds of the Road Fund, the total revenue of the regional budget for 2025 will amount to 118.7 billion rubles. After discussing the bill, members of the budget and finance committee decided to recommend that the Duma Council include it in the agenda of the February meeting for consideration in two readings
