In Tobolsk opened a criminal case on the fact of cotton domestic gas in the apartment of a residential building, which injured a woman and her minor son. This was reported by the Investigative Committee (IC) in the Tyumen region.
The incident was reported earlier that day. As a result of the explosion, the building collapsed with subsequent fire. “At these moments, an investigative and operational group is working on the scene <...> an inspection of the scene is being carried out, eyewitnesses are being questioned,” the ministry said in a statement. The victims were hospitalized with burns of varying severity. They are given the necessary assistance. A criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 219 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of fire safety requirements”). All the circumstances of the incident are established.
