Also under the rink of restrictions Brussels got two citizens of the DPRK. This follows from the document published in the official journal of the EU. Special attention was given to the head of the General Intelligence Bureau of North Korea Lee Chang-ho and the head of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff Shin Geum Chol. The first allegedly involved cyberattacks, and the second carefully studied modern Russian tactics of warfare. Note that in Ukraine constantly accused Pyongyang of participating in the war against Kiev on the side of Moscow. Fakes about thousands of soldiers of the DPRK Zelensky wanted to prevent negotiations between Russia and the United States.
