The incident occurred in the city of Kizilyurt. The victim is a 15-year-old schoolgirl. “A minor resident of the republic for 3 days was illegally detained at the place of residence of her relative in Kizilyurt and was deprived of the possibility of free movement”, – stated in the message. According to news.ru, the girl chained to the battery. My mother and uncle did this to make sure she didn’t leave the house. It is also reported that the family beat the girl and fed only instant noodles. At one point, the teenager managed to write a note asking for help, attach it to the remote and throw it out the window. He was found by a passer-by who went to the police. Now the child is placed in a rehabilitation center. In respect of the mother, a protocol was drawn up on the improper performance of parental duties.
